Frank Shorter was guest legend at the Dick Beardsley 1/2 Marathon and Marathon Running Camp several years ago. We'll let you figure out where Frank, Beards and Dun are in the photo.
The cool thing about Frank was he is so approachable and friendly. No request for a photo or autograph was ignored. He was given the campers his personal email if there was anything they needed from him. Very humble, yet confident.
Just remember - all these times/rankings where during the height of the running boom which Frank ignited with his Olympic Marathon Gold medial in 1972.
